Christopher Lottier identified a need for a better way of handling medical and pediatric telephone answering clients which led to the conception of Answermed Telecom Inc in 1995.
"I used to work in sales and marketing for one of the biggest telephone answering services in Connecticut. But instead of focusing on sales, I found myself dealing with customer complaints. The company was expanding too quickly, sacrificing quality and leaving customers dissatisfied. So, I proposed to the owners that we start a medical answering service called Answermed that specializes in serving pediatricians and physicians. This way, we could provide better quality service and meet the specific needs of our clients in the medical industry."
I opened Answermed after experiencing months of frustration, and we haven't looked back since. We maintain the same high quality of service we had on day one.
